The Déret cheese making company is located in Theneuille in Allier (03350). We are always happy to have you visit in our charming and authentically French atmosphere. Warmth and friendliness await you. Since 1961, the family has been making cow and sheep cheese in the artisan tradition, ladling out raw milk to make cheese, churning butter, and cultivating raw fresh cream.

Our goat cheeses are made in the traditional way. The passion that motivates our work translates into exceptional quality and incomparable flavor. For your enjoyment, here is the recipe for Cérilly cheese Fondue.

Cérilly cheese fondue

Serves 4
Caloric intake: 120.25 kcal per person

Ingredients

  • 200 g of cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 25 g of butter
  • Potatoes (optional side dish)

Preparation

  • Vigorously mix all the ingredients
  • Heat the mixture on low
  • Whisk until the mixture reaches a very smooth cream consistency

This fondue is served along with hot potatoes, cooked in their jackets. You can also enjoy it by itself, and it will be sweeter if you add a little granulated sugar. Enjoy!
