The team at the Vichy Spa Hotel les Célestins is pleased to announce the arrival of Christophe Vauthier, the new culinary Chef of the Spa's kitchens!
He is a local boy, and a specialist in dietetic cuisine who has toured the world to work in the greatest Michelin-starred restaurants, including: Jacques Decoret, Thierry Paludetto, Patrick Pagès, Joël Robuchon, Yann Jacquot, Philippe Groult, Gérard Boyer, Philippe Bardeau… Now, at 42, he is back in Vichy to provide his original touch to the authentic products of the region.

Classic favorites revisited, generous delights that aren't too heavy, featuring seasonal ingredients, designed with the input of Patrick Jonnet, his excellent Sous-Chef and a network of local producers.
He is deeply attached to his local roots. Our region features exceptional culinary heritage our chef will share, adding his flare to "fresh from the market" ingredients for dishes that change daily.
You will savor the delights of his dishes, which feature special seasoning and spice, and slow cooking methods. Of course, a real bonus is the talented presence of our Pastry Chef Sébastien Bonnamour whose contributions include the magnificent "sweetness" of original dessert creations.
Prepared with close cooperation with the nutritionist physician and dietitians, his weight-conscious dishes won't leave our diners frustrated. In fact, the opposite is true. We offer succulent dishes and menus that are personalized according to the nutritional program of each client who comes to us for weight-loss spa treatment. Our menus feature carefully composed dietetic culinary specialties, with several choices per course, for you to enjoy guilt-free at lunch and dinner.
