Sunny or shaded table overlooking the garden, your personal lounge for your business lunches or private dinners. Orchestrated by our Chef, Christophe Vauthier, the restaurant’s program is structured around three themes - New, Nutritive, and Natural - achieved by the flavoring, lowtemperature cooking, and modest calorie-count. A dance of flavors offered throughout each of our menus - « Flavors, pleasure, and health », « Back from the market », « Discovery » (based on market produce), “Carte blanche”, and “Business formula”.
Comfortably sat on the leather stools or at the counter, you will find French gastronomy and local produce given pride of place in this « bistrot » atmosphere.

Comfortably seated in its cosy atmosphere, near the fireplace or on the flowery terrace, taste, of course with moderation, our house cocktails: the Detox cocktail, based on fruits and vegetables, or Le Célest Mojito, pastilles, Vichy Célestins water … without forgetting our wine and spirits list, with its impressive range of champagnes, British, Canadian, American whiskies, and many other aperitifs and digestifs. From early evening through to midnight, the Blue Note serves chic and light tapas. Our cigar selection and smoking room will delight lovers of Cuban specialities.
