The Detox Programme is a genuine "greening" experience – a treatment that detoxifies and purifies your body, without any need for fasting. Structured and personalised by our health professionals, your Detox Programme will begin with two to three days of liquids (smoothies, cream soups, etc – in accordance with the seasonal products selected by our head Chef) to help you oxygenate your body and quickly feel fit and energetic.

The objective is to drain and eliminate the toxins and then to bring back a good blood flow and lymphatic circulation. 

The success of the Detox Programme is based on a combination of the liquid food phase (without fasting) and a good hydration, the repetition of Vichy’s exclusive "Signature" treatments with Vichy thermal water, purifying and relaxing body treatments, and a personalised physical activity.
